Refund policy

We take great care in the packaging of our items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for theft or any mishandling by the delivery company that may include but is not limited to: leaving the package in the rain or standing water, breaking the packaging open, or loss of the package. If insurance is needed, please let us know and we will include it at no additional charge. This may delay delivery by a day or two.

Returns are done at our discretion. To start a return, you can contact us at info@wafflesthechicken.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your name, email, phone number, and original order number with your return. We also suggest you retain a copy of the tracking number for your return for reference.

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued as a store credit which can be used for any of the items in our store. Your credit will be issued the Monday following our receipt of the returned items.
